Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Rates depend on address and location.
Can I cancel my order if it has not shipped?
Yes you can, please send us a message in the contact us tab or email contact@boccinelli.com
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Do you restock sold out items?
Yes we do unless stated otherwise. We advise clicking on the preorder button to avoid missing the restock.
What if my package gets stolen on my porch?
All packages are sign upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package , it won't be delivered. If you have any problems with the delivery of your package , please contact your post office.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns upto 14 days after delivery. Items must arrive in original packaging. With shipping box, dust bags etc. If there appear to be any wear or tear , package shall be rejected and customer is responsible for shipping fee back.
